RefectoCil LashPerm + Neutralizer

Description

• When the eyelashes are well fixed on the pad, put a pea-sized amount of Lashperm in a cup and immediately close the tube.
• Apply the Lashperm using the brush (from the central part of the eyelashes to the root, avoiding the tips), leave it for 8 minutes then remove with a cotton swab.
• Apply the Neutralizer using the brush (from the central part of the eyelashes to the root, avoiding the tips), leave it for 5 minutes then remove using a cotton swab.
• You can now apply the tint/dye. As the hair cuticle was opened during the Lashlift, you will only have to leave it for 2 minutes.
