Our crystals contain all the essential elements required in safekeeping proper functioning of the skin. They are also enriched by other properties that are easily absorbed by the skin while bathing. Application :
Add 2-3 tablespoons (+/- 45 g) of Crystals to a foot bath filled with warm water or add about ¼ cup to the tub (or more if the tub is large). Soak for 7 to 10 minutes. Ideal for tired feet, swollen legs, for a relaxing effect. Suitable for diabetics, heart patients and other health conditions. External use only.
