Description

  • Lubricant and oxidation inhibitor for instruments.
  • It allows them to last longer (ensures the proper functioning of the hinges and joints, prevents stains and oxidation).
  • Immerse your instruments in the diluted solution before putting them in the autoclave.
  • For a soaking bath using 250ml (40ml of Surgical Milk + 210ml of water) Size of surgical milk: 2L = 2000ml / 40ml = 50 bath fillings (change every 3-4 days so about 2x / week) 50 fillings / 2 = 25 weeks of use for a 2L size

1-Clean the instruments.

2-Soaking the instruments in the ultrasound device with Gzyme.

3- At each sterilization, immerse the instruments in the diluted Surgical Milk solution (1 part of Surgical Milk for 5 part of water) and let soak for 5 minutes before proceeding with sterilization.

Or if you don’t have enough time throughout the day to add a 5 min. soaking in Surgical Milk in addition to sterilization, opt for the vaporization between each client and for the 5 min soaking for the last customer of the day only

3-Prepare a small spray bottle already diluted (max 250ml: 40ml of Surgical Milk for 210ml of water) (do not prepare too much in advance and always stir well before using) At each sterilization, spray the instruments liberally, let dry for a few minutes, blot off excess and sterilize. Then at the end of the day, after the last client, leave to soak for 5 minutes before proceeding with sterilization.

3-Shock treatment 1x / week immerse the instruments in the diluted Surgical Milk solution (1 part of surgical milk for 5 part of water) and leave to soak overnight before proceeding with sterilization.

4-Sterilization by soaking instruments or by autoclave.
