SHIPPING METHODS
Free pick up in-store (Monday to Thursday 9 am to 4:30 pm)
Your order will be available for pickup at 121 rue Blainville Est, Ste-Thérèse, Qc, J7E 1M1
Shipping by carrier
An order placed before noon (12 pm) will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day – business day
Signature required
By checking this box you must be present on the delivery day that you have determined, in case of absence and obligation to make a second delivery attempt, additional costs will be applied.
Please note that if you check this box and your delivery address is located in a residential area, an additional charge of $ 4.00 will automatically be added to your final invoice.
No signature required
By checking this box you are authorizing that this order can be left at the consignee’s address without a signature as proof of delivery. By doing so, you accept liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

Please specify delivery details (when would you like to pick up your order at the store or what days would you be available to receive delivery of your order) in the ‘Order notes’ box.
PAYMENT METHOD
- We will apply to your order the usual method of payment entered in your file unless you tell us otherwise in the ‘Order notes’ box.
- If this is a first order, we will contact you to finalize the opening of your account and to determine your payment method.
SHIPPING COST
- Given a considerable package weight, oversized package and/or delivery destination area, delivery charges could be higher.
In such a case, a representative would confirm the exact amount, and if it does not suit you, you will be able to cancel your order. - Please note that additional charges of $ 2.50 will be automatically added to your final invoice for residential area deliveries.
